Dont ask me how or why, thats how it was when I bought the car. So i solved that problem by drilling a small hole, and then used a hold punch and hammer to spin the screw out of place. Problem solved.

Even if I have to drill them out again, next time I change the rotors, it was pretty easy to drill them out with the cordless Porter Cable. I really doubt I'll have the car long enough to change the rear rotors again.

Once you have stopped sweating and calmed down after removing the PITA rotor screws, do this: Clean out those other 2 holes and thread the bolts in. Slowly screw the bolts in, alternating evenly.
